Integration with Vocera nurse badges enables smoother workflows

To ensure messages are received in real-time, Diagnotes integrated with Vocera lanyard call badges, which are worn by all Reid nurses. A nurse receives an alert on the badge any time a new Diagnotes message is received.
Diagnotes will eventually be deployed to 1,500 Reid employees and partners. Physicians, nurses and staff use Diagnotes to reduce delays in a variety of ways, including:
- sending HIPAA-compliant secure text messages to quickly and accurately coordinate patient care;
- using their smartphones, tablets or computers to join video discussions to provide virtual care; and
- taking and sharing pictures of wounds, EKG strips, x-rays, lab results, and other clinical documents to expedite responses and care.
