“One of Michelle’s greatest strengths is listening to clients to gain a complete understanding of their needs and adapting her approach to carefully align with their stated goals,” said Dave Wortman, co-founder and CEO of Diagnotes. “She brings enthusiasm, energy and expertise for helping healthcare organizations increase workflow efficiency, improve clinical quality and reduce the cost of care delivery. “I am passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve clinical communication. This means getting everyone involved in patient care – including the patient – on the same page at the right time, which Diagnotes does seamlessly,” said Sybesma. “I am also deeply committed to stemming the tide of the opioid public health crisis and am excited to help our clients utilize Diagnotes in ways that will reduce diversion and increase access to mental health treatment.”
