Company embraces “Adoption-As-A-Service” approach to serving clients
Indianapolis, IN — Diagnotes, Inc., announced today that J. Michelle Sybesma joined the team as the director of client success. Sybesma has more than 15 years of experience as an organizational leadership consultant, advising a diverse group of healthcare, technology and government organizations, including, Cook Medical, Pfizer, Sodexo, Fairbanks, Hope Academy, the Indiana State Medical Association and the office of the Indiana Attorney General.

In her role, Sybesma is responsible for guiding clients toward optimal, full-scale implementation and utilization of the Diagnotes clinical communication and collaboration platform, ensuring successful use of the mobile and browser applications. Helping clients realize the highest possible value from their investment in Diagnotes is at the heart of Adoption-as-a-Service and reflects Diagnotes’ commitment to improving clinical communication.
Since 2012, Michelle was on the front lines of the fight against opioid abuse. She helped form and lead the Indiana Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General and prior to Diagnotes, she served as the chief of strategy and development for an addiction and behavioral health organization in northern Indiana.
“I am passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve clinical communication.
